Rebuilding a PE reporting model for a mid-cap manufacturing group
Challenge
The company's PE backer required a standardised monthly reporting model, but the existing spreadsheet had grown organically and was producing inconsistent outputs across scenarios.
Solution
Kelmere rebuilt the model from scratch with a clean integrated structure, calibrated to historical actuals, with scenario toggles and a documentation appendix.
